Best Skin Clinic for Warts Removal

From the day I learned I am pregnant, I am already thinking of where to have my warts be removed after giving birth. This is because, I know that warts will be all over my body due to my pregnancy.

I have tried a couple of times in removing my warts because it really is a difficult situation of feeling itchy all the time. Thus, it damages my skin! So, what really is a wart and how do we get them?

Warts are tiny excess skin which has brown color, it can be everywhere in your body. At first, I think its just normal but, after my research, it may actually cause cancer later especially that it grows. It’s scary, I know! Since this is also viral, anyone can have these warts especially if infected person has a direct contact to your skin.

So after I gave birth, now comes the most irritating feeling! Very itchy and can’t even get myself a decent sleep (plus not really having a decent sleep because of my baby). 😅  Plus, it’s so alarming as warts are infectious and I don’t want my little one to get infected too! So, after scouting some skin clinics available in Dagupan City, I finally found the perfect clinic for my skin! Ageless You Anti-aging and Skin Clinic!

I had the chance to have my warts be assessed by the owner, Dr. Feliciano V. Bautista, Jr. Unlike other dematologists, Dr. Bautista is very warm and nice. His staffs are accommodating and are all friendly.

Since I have so many warts, from my face, neck, chest, stomach, sides and my whole back (and I just can’t imagine how many warts are there in my body!!), I need to let them cauterize my warts in two separate schedules. And I just can’t find skin clinics who don’t really give rates without counting all the warts you have in your face! Which, I really find it annoying. Only Ageless You Skin Clinic, who gave an affordable rate regardless of how many gazillion warts you have! 😅

So I had my first cauterize session to remove all my warts in my face, neck, chest and stomach. They will apply topical anesthesia so it would not be that painful once cauterization is being done.

Then after about 45 minutes to an hour of letting my skin absorb the topical anesthesia, its time to cauterize and say bye-bye to my warts!

As soon as the warts were cauterized, it will then turn into black, which will later on disappear after a week or two. The clinic will also provide the post ECT cream at a minimal expense that you need to apply to all your cauterized warts to avoid inflammation or irritation.

What I liked about the service is that Dr. Bautista gives his clients an allowance of seven (7) days to go back to the clinic and do a follow up check up, making sure that no warts are left behind! And if there are still, they would definitely cauterize it so you don’t need to worry anymore!

Staff are very friendly and gentle. Kudos to the most patient people I ever met who really made sure that I am comfy and relaxed.

My before and after the session is a good example of tiis-ganda but worth it! 🙂

Pocket friendly, great staff and excellent service. All in one clinic! And, the most important thing is that I got to protect my little one in not getting infected with warts.

But overall, the most awaited is the finished product! The process is a bit painful and mostly very itchy but, its worth it! In Ageless You Skin Clinic, I have nothing to give but my 5 STARS of excellence and awesomeness! 🙂

Now, I’m already planning my facial sesh with them soon!

Ageless You Anti-aging and Skin Clinic is located at the 2nd Floor Unit5 Pinkies Bldg, Zamora St., Dagupan City, Pangasinan. You may call them thru their clinic phone at (075) 529 3947 or 0946-557-0154 🙂

Mori’s first swimming at Pugad Adventure, Pugo, La Union

I’ve always dreamt of this day to come ~ Mori’s first swimming activity. I am excited to know and see her reactions upon seeing colorful slides and her first encounter with a huge amount of water with clear blue color. I always wonder what would be her facial expressions.

The family were able to explore the Pugad Adventure resort which is located in Pugo, La Union to celebrate the birthday of my brother-in-law just this May 5, 2017. Since I’ve heard good stories and adventures in Pugad, I am so excited to experience what the place has to offer.

The Pugad Adventure didn’t just have major activities such as zip line, ATV and other activities that adventurous people may love to try. It also has three (3) huge swimming pool sets for visitors which, I found it really cool as it didn’t made the pool so crowded at all.

There are also cool cottages for the whole family or for the whole pack of friends! Ours is at P1,200 rate, good for about 10-15 persons.

So, Mori is so joyous as she witness the beauty of nature in combination of colorful slides in the kid’s pool. Mori at the time we went there is almost eight (8) months and this is the first time she will encounter a pool. You only need a two or three things to make your little one’s first swimming a memorable one.

  • Rashguard – Make sure to have her own rashguard, just the proper attire to go swimming. Mori has her own bathing suit but, at her age, I suggest not to expose too much of her skin to the sun.
  • Sunblock – Do not forget the sunblock to protect not only your skin but also your little one’s. Make sure to apply this to her skin 15-20 minutes before exposing her to the sun.
  • Bathrobe – Make sure to have this on standby.
  • Lifebouy – If its possible to have a small lifebouy. But, for Mori, we let her enjoy the water first to make sure we have slowly introduced to her the huge amount water. So she may perfectly accept such activity~swimming!
  • Camera – Make sure to capture your little one’s best reactions especially her facial expressions in seeing, feeling and enjoying the first encounter with the big amount of water.

Mori enjoyed the pool for about 15 minutes. Make sure to slowly and carefully introduce the water, making sure she examined first the colorful slides, the waves of the pool then slowly, you let her feel the water in her toes then to her waist. Then, you let the water wet her hair manually, I opted not to let her plunge the water. Hehe!

We did not have any problem with Mori’s acceptance and her curiosity is visible to her eyes. She is not resistant and somehow, as I teach her to float, her body calmly reacted and did it!

My husband and I totally enjoyed as much as Mori enjoyed it! It was a perfect summer getaway for us. So do not be afraid to slowly introduce new activities to your little ones. But, make sure to do it calmly and surely your baby will love it! 🙂

On the other hand, aside from swimming activity, we have also enjoyed taking our family snaps in different spots in Pugad.

They have mini zoo inside the resort! You just have to pay P25.00/head to enter and already have the chance to have your photo with a snake in your neck! There are some cafes however, it is not in operation when we went there.

As mentioned earlier there some major activities such zipline, ATV and the like. We opted not to try as the heavy rain pours and we don’t want to be in trouble, in case. But, overall, it’s worth the travel and surely the whole family will enjoy the place! 🙂

A great long weekend getaway in Puerto Galera

Who says you can’t have an adventurous getaway when you’re finally married? Of course not. I realized that when you got married, it is when you truly need more adventurous moments with your spouse.

My husband and I, together with friends, we were able to spend our long weekend in the beautiful island of Puerto Galera located in Oriental Mindoro. Puerto Galera which means Port of Galleons, it is where barter exchange for merchants is located in the 10th century.

Not so far away in the big city, you just have to spend total max of 4.5 hours going to the island. From Gil Puyat LRT station, there are so many buses which are bound to Batangas Pier. There you will spend about 2.5-3hrs going to Batangas Pier. And about an hour and 40 mins from Batangas Pier to White Beach port in Puerto Galera.

Make sure to have extra budget on the side, as you will also need to pay terminal fee and environmental fee at P30 and P50 respectively.

We arrived at the White Beach port past 6 in the evening, settled our things at our reserved guest house in Felina’s which is not really too far from the main white beach shoreline as well as in the market. What we like about the Felina’s guest house aside from the cheaper rate per night (yet don’t expect too much as the business was designed for budget travelers), the staff are friendly and it has all kitchenwares that guests may use to cook and eat. Thus, we opted to cook our food to manage our budget.

Early morning the next day, we were fetched by Andrea, the young lady who owns a travel and tour in Puerto Galera, (Andrea Puerto Galera Packages) to do our main activities for today – island hopping!

From Felina’s guest house, we rode a tricycle for P10 each passenger, the tricycle carries 4-5 passengers going to the Minolo Port in Minolo Bay, San Isidro.

For that day, we paid P2,400 to rent a big boat for the island hopping adventure. However, for major activities like snorkeling, underwater cave and sightseeing of clam shells, we paid another P300/pax as we need to rent another small boat that will take us to where the fishes and corals are. I strongly suggest you to pay the extra bill for these activities, its worth it! *But, we did not do the underwater cave since there was a mild earthquake the night before*

We also fed the fishes, but very limited bread for each in order for the fishes to still eat their organic food from the sea.

We had the chance to see the big clam shells lying underwater. Big clam shells, indeed! We saw one clam shell that is barely open, there we saw this white interior part of the clam which signifies that it is alive and bearing a white pearl inside.

After which, we went to Maniknik island to eat and rest to recharge for more energy. Prices of the food they are offering posted below for your reference.

After eating an early lunch, we swam for 15 minutes at the other island and we went back to Minolo port and headed to the Virgin Island via a tricycle for P300/tricycle that is good for 4-5 passengers.

Virgin Island was called that way because of its history where a statue image of Virgin Mary was reclaimed from the part of the sea. Thus, the Virgin Mary statue stayed in the place and became a tourist attraction.

The virgin island is full of pebbles, there is P10 environmental fee, there are also some kubo that you may rent but, not bad to get your spot on the pebble sand. 🙂 There are also some food vendors, but if you could bring your own, better. As the prices are too costly.

After great swimming and resting under the coconut trees with our wintermelon on one hand, we went back to the guest house and cook our dinner and rest.

The night is young in Puerto Galera. You missed a bit of Puerto Galera if you are not able to taste their Mindoro Sling drink. So better get yours at P700/tower or P350/pitcher. Fire the night with the best fire dancers in the island and take the opportunity to take your photos with them.
